Applying of activated bentonite clay for softening of water hardness

Description

In the present article, the data on physical and chemical analysis of mine, drainage and Syrdarya river waters are provided. Activated bentonite clay was applied for water softening and results are also presented in this article. Activated bentonite clay application increased softening from 85 to 90%. (author)
