A survey is given on the conditions which must be fulfilled in cladding, on possible material combinations with particular regard to the nickel materials which are the most frequently used for cladding; and on the further processing of the cladded products as well as of their testing (including welded joints). Es wird ein Ueberblick gegeben ueber die Bedingungen, die beim Walzplattieren zu erfuellen sind, ueber moegliche Werkstoffkombinationen mit besonderer Beruecksichtigung der fuer Plattierungen am haeufigsten zum Einsatz kommenden Nickelwerkstoffe und ueber die Weiterverarbeitung der plattierten Erzeugnisse sowie deren Pruefungen (incl.
