Risk, probability and uncertainty in the calculations of gas cooled reactor of PBMR type. Part 1
Description
The paper presents the main results of the insights to a cooled gas reactor from the perspective of the following notions: probability, uncertainty, entropy and risk. Some results of the currently on-going comparisons between the insights obtained form three models and approaches are presented. The approaches consider the Pebble Bed Module Reactor (PBMR) NPP as a thermodynamic installation and as hierarchical system with or without considering the information exchange between its various levels. The results point out to the convergence on some conclusions and approaches adopted for this type of reactor. (author)
