Study of interaction of the impurities in gallium with low-temperature oxygen plasma
Description
A concentration process of the impurities of zinc, cadmium and copper was studied in the oxide film during the treatment of gallium alloy with these metals in the low-temperature oxygen plasma. The experimental relations are given for dependence of the rate of oxidation of the impurities on plasma temperature. Refs. 3, figs. 3
