Optical properties of gamma-irradiated InP-Fe- single crystals in IR region

Description
Full text : The transmission spectra of InP-Fe- single crystals, irradiated with doses of gamma-quanta of 10 and 35 kGr have been investigated. It has been revealed that under irradiation E=0.42 and E=0.26 eV defects suppression have been obtained, which have led to formation of FeVp complex and Inp antisite defects
