Scalar field in astrophysics and cosmology
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. for Nuclear Research
Description
Bound states of a classical scalar field in a gravitational well are investigated. Both the self-consistent solution and the bound state in the external gravitational field are considered. Also, astrophysical consequences are discussed to which the existence of bound states of axions in a neutron star may lead. 9 refs.; 1 figure
