Photoelectric and noise properties of CdxHg1-xTe plastically deformed monocrystals

Description
Photoelectric and noise properties of narrow-band semiconductive solid solutions of CdxHg1-xTe(x=0.21-0.23)-n and p-type of conductivity subjected to unaxial deformation are investigated. It is established tht defects, occurring in the course of plstic deformation, have the donor nature, increase the electron concentration in electron specimens and compensate the action of acceptor levels in hole specimens
