Phase formation processes in the samples of 1ZrO2+1Y2O3+1Al2O3, 74ZrO2+6Y2O3+20Al2O3; 76ZrO2+4Y2O3+20Al2O3 composition, as well kinetics of solid solutions formation are studied. the kinetic parameters of fluorite-like solid solutions formation are presented
