Kinetics of space charge field relaxation in γ-irradiated polymer dielectric materials
Description
Solution of the problem of electric field nonisothermal relaxation in thick plane-parallel dielectric plates irradiated by pulsed γ radiation in the regime of large gradients of temperature profile over the sample thickness after irradiation end is given. For the case of isothermal relaxation the solution of approximated equation, describing the behaviour of relaxating electric field at large relaxation duration, is obtained and a simple and convenient for numerical evaluations calculational technique of relaxating electric field distribution is developed
