Description
Analysis of the curves of differential capacitance of a dense layer for Ga and In-Ga electrodes in water, dimethyl formamide and dimethyl sulfoxide has been carried out in the framework of the Amokrane-Badiali modified model. It has been ascertained that in the systems studied a general proportional dependence between the maximum shift on the curve of the solvent capacitance and parameter characterizing metal electron plasma turbulence during its chemisorptional interaction with solvent is observed, while the degree of the interaction correlates with donor numbers of the solvent. 18 refs., 6 figs., 3 tabs
