Charge-retention sum rules
Description
If ''charge retention,'' the idea that the average charge of a jet is the quark charge, holds, then there are useful sum rules in deep-inelastic lepton scattering for charge-weighted cross sections. For example, in electron scattering d/dQ2 = 5/9 x 4Piα2/Q4
