Description
Experimental research on X-ray guiding capillaries is the foundation of X-ray lens design. The experimental results of measuring transmission efficiency within the energy range of 50 eV-1.5 keV for a variety type of capillaries are presented, including different materials, different inner radius, different bent radius.
