Inequivalent lattice sites in 1T-TaS2 observed via nuclear quadrupole interaction

Description
The nuclear quadrupole interaction at 181Ta in 1T-TaS2 was measured by time differential perturbed angular correlations. Two inequivalent lattice sites are observed in the commensurate and the quasi-commensurate state. In the incommensurate state a unique site is found. (Auth.)
