Accumulation of obligations as regards the utilization of radioactive materials according to the regulations in force
Description
The administrative formalities imposed by Italian regulations concerning the industrial use of radioisotopes and radiation sources are considerable indeed. Experience in the practical application of these regulations these past years tends to show that advantages could be gained by revising them in the light of such experience. The Italian Centre for Study of nuclear law (CISDEN) seems to be an appropriate forum for this revision. (N.E.A.)
