Description
The mechanism of electro- and mass transfer in compounds of scheelite family on the basis of data of monocrystals and ceramics NaLn(MoO4)2, CaWO4, PbMoO4, La2(MO4)3 study has been investigated. It is shown that ion conductivity in specially unalloyed monocrystals and ceramics of simple and double molybdates and tungstates with scheelite structure is caused by oxygen ion migration
