Hyperfine interactions and magnetic ordering temperatures of amorphous Fesub(x)Pdsub(80-x)Si20 with low Fe concentrations
Description
Amorphous Fesub(x)Pdsub(80-x)Si20(0.4<=x<=7) exhibit characteristics of a spin glass system. The magnetic ordering temperatures (T0) of 3.5 K, 19 K and 26 K have been determined for samples with x=1,3,5 and 7 respectively. These values can be approximately described by the relation of T0=Axsup(n). The hyperfine field, extrapolated to T=0 K, varies as Hsub(eff)(0) = (235+3x)kOe. (Auth.)
