Scientific supervision for the Temelin NPP start-up

Description

The Temelin NPP owner and operator, CEZ utility, established a Scientific Supervisory Group to assist during the plant commissioning and start-up. Scientific supervision covers 3 main areas: assessment of start-up documentation, reviewing and evaluation of active and non-active tests, and evaluation of the results of the tests and individual start-up steps.
