Determination of trace RE elements by isotope dilution mass spectrometry (IDMS)
Description
The determination of 8 trace RE elements-Ce, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Er and Yb, in pure materials or plant samples by IDMS is described. Corrections of interference and fractionation are discussed. For this method, the reproducibility is better than 1%, sensitivity is better than 2.3 x 10-9 g, accuracy better than ±5%
