The Department of Energy Order 5500.3A requires facility-specific hazards assessments be prepared, maintained, and used for emergency planning purposes. This hazards assessment document describes the chemical and radiological hazards associated with Building 961. The entire inventory was subjected to the screening criteria for potential airborne impact to onsite and offsite individuals out of which 1 chemical source was kept for further evaluation.
