The utilization of Hydrogen-1 and Deuterium field gradient NMR in the structural determination of porfirine T4PyMDCPPH2

Description

Porfirine, along with several other compounds of the same class, has an important role in several biological processes. However, most of these compounds present low solubility which cause low yield in chemical preparations and delay in NMR characterization. In order to overcome this difficulty, field gradient NMR was used for the chemical-structure determination of these compounds. The methodology is described. Results are presented
