Modification dislocation model of intergranular obliquity boundaries in a high-Tc superconductor

Description
Field voltages near intergrain boundaries of two types - on the obliquity symmetrical boundary (disorientation angle Θ) with periodical system of edge dislocations and the similar boundary but with distorted periodicity of their location - are calculated. Angular dependencies of Jc (Θ) critical current of intergrain boundaries in superconductors are determined on the basis of these calculations in assumption of the order parameter suppression in the areas of increased voltage. 18 refs., 6 figs
