Isotope age of principal mineralization period in uranium deposit No. 460

Description
The deposit No.460 is a uranium deposit newly discovered in recent years in Mesozoic volcanic rock area, North China. Systematic results on isotope dating indicate that uranium mineralization in this deposit occurred mainly in two periods: early mineralization (desseminated ore) occurred around 88 Ma, but late mineralization (veined ore) - 24 Ma. Thus this deposit is identified as a meso-to epithermal uranium deposit. Metallogenetic material was mainly derived from basement rocks, and provided to form ore deposit through enrichment by remelted volcaic magma
