Creators
Description
The book is the second volume of a survey of the near-Earth and interplanetary plasma. This volume is divided into two parts. Part 1 deals with plasma flow around moving bodies, and the plasma flow phenomena that occurs around a solid body. Part II is concerned with waves and oscillations in the near-Earth and interplanetary plasma. Results of studies of ELF, VLF, LH and HF waves are described, and the energy densities of the various types of waves discussed. (U.K.)
