Radiation shielding material, radiation device and radiation diagnosis device

Description

In a radiation device comprising a radiation source and a radiation compensation filter disposed near a radiation emitting port for decaying radiation dose partially, or in a radiation device comprising a radiation focusing device for conically restricting a radiation irradiating region from a radiation source and a pair of radiation compensation filters or also in a radiation diagnosis device, barium sulfate and a material fixing barium sulfate is used as a radiation shielding material for the radiation compensation filter. The radiation compensation filters formed by using the radiation shielding material can easily be fabricated to a predetermined shape by using scissors or knives. Then, in the radiation device and the radiation diagnosis device, even if the shape of a x-ray absorption difference compensating portion varies, the radiation compensation filters are fabricated corresponding to the shape, thereby enabling to suppress halation sufficiently.
