The integral hoisting of CR10 in AP1000 nuclear power project

Description
In the construction of Sanmen and Haiyang AP1000 NPP Phase I, CR10 was fabricated and lifted piece by piece and then welded into a integrated system. It is based on the design drawings of Haiyang NPP Phase II and the construction experience of American AP1000 project to study the feasibility of integral hoisting of CR10, include the stress and strain calculation using the STAAD program. It found that after some reinforcements, CR10 can be installed by integral hoisting. Some related construction scheme are also proposed. (authors)
