Secondary electron emission from gaseous amino acids irradiated by electrons and helium ions

Description
Secondary electron emission from gaseous amino acids irradiated by electrons and He+ ions has been studied. XPS measurements have also been performed for solid phase targets. Intensity ratios of Auger electrons to the total electron emission were obtained for helium ion irradiation. (author)
