Moessbauer study of carbon ion implanted iron surface

Description
Investigation of phase-structure state of carbon ion implanted α-Fe surface was performed by conversion electron Moessbauer spectroscopy method. The succession of the phase transformations after annealing was determined. The peculiarities of the phase formation in implantation system of Fe:C+ were revealed

Методом мессбауэровской спектроскопии по конверсионным электронам исследовано структурно-фазовое состояние поверхности α-Fe, облученной ионами углерода.
