Description
In this paper is given the general description of the French Soviet Araks experiments. These active rocket experiments with energetic electron injections into the ionosphere and the magnetosphere were carried out on 26 January and 15 February 1975 at Kerguelen island (L approximately 3.68). The main scientific objectives, the payload description, the launch windows and the conditions of the 2 flights are detailed
