Description
The report contains brief review of the high-energy physics general state. On one side, development of the standard model provided for description of the Universe evolution on various stages of its development and explanation of this world. This fact may be considered as the theory triumph. On the other hand, a number of theoretical conclusions (the possibility of existing gravitons in the fifth dimension, formation of black holes by the heavy ions collisions and so on) testify to the fact, that origination of the crisis, which could open new prospects in studying the Universe, is possible. However, this crisis will not appear without new accelerators and maintenance of old ones

Доклад содержит краткий обзор общего состояния физики высоких энергий. С одной стороны, разработка стандартной модели обеспечила описание эволюции Вселенной на разных этапах ее развития и объяснение этого мира. Этот факт можно рассматривать как триумф теории. С другой стороны, ряд теоретических выводов (возможность существования гравитонов в пятом измерении, образование черных дыр при столкновении тяжелых ионов и др.) свидетельствует о том, что в физике высоких энергий возможно появление кризиса, который бы открыл новые перспективы в исследовании мироздания. А без новых ускорителей и без поддержки старых этот кризис не появитсяAdditional details
