Helium nanodroplet isolation spectroscopy of perylene and its complexes with oxygen

Description
This note reports the observation of the spectra of the S1<-S0 electronic transition of complexes formed by perylene and molecular oxygen embedded in superfluid helium clusters. Because of the fluorescence quenching property of molecular oxygen, the observation of this system has not been reported previously
