Description
The structure refinement of tetragonal YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 2.93/O/sub 6.38/ has been carried out with the final R value of 0.019 (R/sub w/=O.020) by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. Difference Fourier maps reveal the existence of localized electrons around Cu and Ba atoms in the unit cell
