Description
New mechanism of decametric wave propagation in elevated waveguides (ionospheric waveguide channels is described. It is shown that the event of anomalous propagation of the Pedersen mode under conditions of ionospheric perturbations may be described within the frames of the theory on radio waves propagation in a regular ionosphere by presence of anisotropic or isotropic nonuniformities and it is in agreement with notion on fluctuation waveguide formation by the wave propagation in a random stratified medium
