Comparison of the regulatory and operational dosimetry in nuclear medicine

  • 1. Institut Gustave Roussy, 94 - Villejuif (France). Service de Physique

Description

This study has confirmed the interest of electronic dosimeters for a detailed analysis of posts, for the measurement of low exposure levels (over 1 micro sievert) and for fast access to information. Moreover, the result of this study has reinforced the actual classification of exposed personnel, has shown the usefulness of the wearing of quarterly film dosemeter for some posts and justified the necessity of posts studies by operational dosimetry.
