X-ray topography settings: white beam topography and direct viewing detectors, two-axis spectrometer

Creators

  • 1. Paris-11 Univ., 91 - Orsay (France)

Description

The essential features of white beam topography settings using synchrotron radiation are discussed: collimator and goniometer stage, detector and resolution. Examples of the topographic work already performed at D.E.S.Y., N.I.N.A. and L.U.R.E. - D.C.I. are quoted and a direct viewing TV experiment is described. The first results obtained with a two-axis spectrometer are presented. (Auth.)
