In this paper, the modern situation in the experimental study of the inelastic π+d→ pp process at intermediate energies is reviewed. The status if diproton resonances is discussed. The results of the partial-wave analysis (PWSA) are discussed in the framework of the hypothesis of the diproton resonance existence
