Comparative evaluation of the properties of ortho-, meta- and paraiodohippurates labelled with iodine 125 and iodine 131

Description

The peculiarities of the production of ortho-, meta- and paraiodohippurates labelled with iodine 125 and iodine 131 are investigated and the physico-chemical properties of the bond C-1 in a triade of iodohippurates are compared with regard to some of their biological properties. A new method of evaluating the biological properties of isomer compounds is proposed. It is based on the comparative investigation of the physico-chemical properties of the tracer group (bond C-iodine). (author)
