Description

In modern practice there is a big volume of experimental data on behaviour of metals (rare earths, actinides) in two-phase systems and interpretation of these date is based on assumption that chemical shift of binding energy of inner electrons is changed as a result of effective charge change. Analysis of experimental data results in interesting in the framework of this paper conclusions: binding energy of inner electrons is changed in dependence on electronegativity of ligands. In turn the change of effective charge leads to change of energy of atomic orbitals and/or molecular orbitals of a complex. In context of this paper it is important to point out that these changes are specific for each complexes

Abstract (Russian)

В настоящее время имеется большой объем экспериментальных данных о поведении металлов (редкоземельных элементов, актинидов) в двухфазных системах и интерпретация которых основана на предположении, что химический сдвиг энергии связи внутренних электронов изменяется как следствие изменения эффективного заряда. Анализ экспериментальных данных приводит к следующим интересным в рамках данной работы выводам: энергия связи внутренних электронов изменяется в зависимости от электроотрицательности лигандов. В свою очередь изменение эффективного заряда приводит к изменению энергии атомных орбиталей и/или молекулярных орбиталей комплекса
