Synthesis and properties of La2(Mo1-xMx)2O9 (M = Nb, Ta) ionic conductors

Description
One synthesized and investigated into dielectric and conducting properties of La2Mo2O9 lanthanum molybdate ceramics and compounds on its basis. One showed structure phase transition and determined high ionic conductivity of La2(Mo1-xMx)2O9 lanthanum molybdate where M - Nb, Ta. One derived for the first time data on polar crystalline structure of a low-temperature modification. It is shown that at admission of 5 wt. % of niobium into La2Mo2O9 one observes increase of electric conductivity
Abstract (Russian)
Проведен синтез, исследованы диэлектрические и проводящие свойства керамики молибдата лантана La2Mo2O9 и композиций на его основе. Подтверждено наличие структурного фазового перехода и установлена высокая ионная проводимость молибдатов лантана La2(Mo1-xMx)2O9, где M - Nb, Ta. Впервые получены данные о полярном кристаллическом строении низкотемпературной модификации. Показано, что при введении 5 мас. % ниобия в La2Mo2O9 наблюдается повышение электропроводностиAdditional details
