Method for preparation of DL-amino acids labelled by tritium
Description
A method of preparation of DL-amino acids (AA) labelled by tritium by means of catalytic reduction of oximino acids applied on hydrogenation catalyst (palladium deposited on barium sulfate) by gaseous tritium or its mixtures with hydrogen under the pressure below atmospheric one at the temperature of 20-120 deg has been suggested. As a result it proved possible to prepare AA labelled by tritium with specific activity of 10-25 Curie/mmol and radiochemical purity of 95-98 %
