Analysis and evaluation of experimental data on the base of α-value for Pu-239

Obtained are estimated values and a covariant matrix of the α-value for Pu-239 on the basis of experimental data in the neutron energy range of 0.1 keV - 1 MeV. The α values estimated in terms of a 26-group constant system alongside with a complete estimated error and a correlation matrix are given in a table. α values for Pu-239, averaged over the neutron spectrum of the Baker standard reactor, are compared. The error description of the estimated data of the obtained covariant matrix brings about the double increase of the <α> value error, as compared to the case, when the covariant matrix is accepted as a diagonal one
