Hydrodynamic theory of nuclear matter collective motions in the nuclei interaction with high energy hadrons
Creators
Description
It is shown that two types of collective motions arise on the passage of a particle through nuclear matter: a shock wave (Mach cone) and a jet which is formed in a narrow region directly behind the moving particle. The medium behind the Mach cone remains cold in this case whereas the temperature in the region of the jet may reach 70 MeV
