PET evaluation of colorectal cancers

Description
The author assessed the performances of F-18-FDT PET as compared to the other anatomical and functional imaging techniques in the detection of colorectal cancer recurrence. TEP appears superior for the detection of metastases, for staging and for prediction of success of a surgical intervention. (author)
