properties of lanthanum chromium doped with iron

Description
The formation of mixed La0.8Ca0.2Cr1-xFexO3 phases (x=0-1.0) with the perovskite structure starts at temperatures above 1100 K. It is found that cubic structure of perovskite is slightly distorted. The lattice parameter linearly increases with iron content increase. La0.8Ca0.2CrO3 alloying with iron brings about a noticeable increase of conductivity in a high temperature range and decrease in their thermal expansion coefficient
