Description

The Bell Study of the feasibility of conducting an epidemiologic investigation of the health of workers in a few typical uranium feed plants is reviewed here. The investigators concluded that an epidemiologic study, using plant records, would be feasible. The categories of data that were collected are described in this review. Preliminary analyses of data collected on selected groups of workers and comparison groups were performed in the study and are discussed briefly
