Tight-binding calculation of spin wave excitations in the ferromagnetic phase of iron
Creators

Description
Spin excitation spectrum in the ferromagnetic phase of iron is studied using the Naval Research Laboratory tight-binding model. The obtained spin excitation spectrum consists of low energy spin wave modes and additional high energy modes in agreement with previous theoretical studies and experimental results
