Counter dose ratemeters for gamma- and X-rays with energies up to 3 MeV for local dose rate measurement according to this standard contain for detectors one or several release (Geiger-Mueller, GM) counters or proportional counters working in pulsed operation. The counters may be mounted in the recording instrument or connected to it by means of cables as exterior counters. (orig.)

Zaehlrohr-Dosisleistungsmesser fuer Gamma- und Roentgenstrahlen im Sinne dieser Norm enthalten als Detektoren ein oder mehrere Ausloese- (Geiger-Mueller-, GM-)Zaehlrohre oder Proportionalzaehlrohre, die im Impulsbetrieb arbeiten. Die Zaehlrohre koennen im Anzeigegeraet eingebaut oder als Aussenzaehlrohre durch Kabel mit dem Anzeigegeraet verbunden sei mit Energie bis zu 3 MeV zur Messung von Ortsdosisleistungen. (orig.)
