Diffusion in Ni/CrMo composition-modulated films

Description

The diffusivity in a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy is determined using a composition-modulated structure of alternating Ni and Cr-Mo layers. The decay of the composition modulation is measured using X-ray diffraction and analyzed through the microscopic theory of diffusion
