Description
The possibility of measuring the magnetic polarizability together with the sum of electric and magnetic polrizabilities of the charged pion in radiative scattering of the pion in the Coulomb field of the nucleous is considered. Such an experiment would allow one to determine the electric and magnetic polarizabilities of the pion independently
