Description
A number of reports is presented dealing with the experience of nuclear reactor operation, reactor materials behaviour under irradiation, methods of in-service inspection of pressure vessels as well as the assessment of reactor residual life. An attention is also given to materials testing techniques aimed to determine fracture properties, fatigue strength, stress-corrosion resistance both in base metal and welded joints (low alloy steels, stainless steels, nickel base alloys). The problems of international reactor research cooperation are considered as well

Представлен ряд докладов, касающихся вопросов эксплуатации ядерных реакторов поведения реакторных материалов под облучением, методов эксплуатационного контроля корпусов реакторов, а также способов оценки остаточного ресурса. Уделено внимание методам испытания материалов (малолегированных и нержавеющих сталей, никелевых сплавов) на вязкость разрушения, усталостную прочность, стойкость к коррозионному растрескиванию как в основном металле, так и в сварных соединениях.
