On an attempt to construct generally-covariant theory of a scalar gravitational field

An attempt has been made to construct the scalar gravitation theory based on basic postulates of the general relativity theory, i.e. both on the principle of equivalence of inert and gravitational masses and on the principle of the overall covariance of the theory
